Boston-based insurance brokerage Risk Strategies Co. said it has acquired Englewood Cliffs, N.J.-based independent agency Lester Brokerage. Terms were not disclosed.
Bothell, Wash.-based insurance software company Vertafore said it has acquired Concord, Ontario-based commercial management software company Keal Technology. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of March. Terms were not disclosed
Bonita Springs, Fla.-based Rosier Insurance said it recently provided on-the-job training for the most recent Disabled Veterans Insurance Careers class. The Fort Meyers, Fla.-based nonprofit provides insurance career training for disabled veterans.
