Nashville, Tenn.-based Alternative Service Concepts, a third-party claims administration services provider, said it has promoted Tammy Moore and Jeff Logsdon to assistant vice president from claims manager. Logsdon is based in Louisville, Ky., and Moore is based in Nashville.
Schaumburg, Ill.-based insurance brokerage Assurance said it has appointed Scott McMahon vice president in Assurance’s healthcare and life sciences practice.
The board of directors of Chicago-based insurer Ryan Specialty Group said it has approved the following executive leadership changes at its wholesale brokerage unit, R-T Specialty LLC:

- Timothy Turner has been promoted to chairman and CEO from president and CEO.
- Edward McCormack has been promoted to president from chief operating officer.
- Michael VanAcker has been promoted to chief operating officer from controller.
Muncie, Ind.-based subrogation services provider Praxis Consulting Inc. said that Gina Bradburn has returned to the company as vice president of client relations. Bradburn was director of business development at Praxis for six years prior to serving as director of development for athletics at Ball State University in Muncie, Ind.
