The Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Insurance Commissioners has announced the election of new officers:

- Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner Ted Nickel to president-elect.
- Tennessee Insurance Commissioner Julie Mix McPeak to vice president.
- Maine Insurance Superintendent Eric A. Cioppa to secretary-treasurer.
NAIC also said that Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer Andy Beal is now acting CEO
Wyncote, Pa.-based software developer Insurance Data Processing said it has appointed Dave Kerford president. He joins from the Leverage Group.
