IICF recruits volunteers for insurance industry Week of Giving

IICF is recruiting volunteers for its annual Week of Giving event to be held October 10-17.

The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) is recruiting volunteers for its annual Week of Giving. The eight-day event, held nationwide, will run from October 10-17. During the Week of Giving, insurance industry teams and individual volunteers provide three or more hours of volunteer service to local nonprofit organizations nationwide.

Through the participation of more than 6,000 volunteers from more than 100 companies, the IICF will host more than 200 volunteer events in over 87 cities across the U.S. Projects cover a wide range of service areas including: education, food programs, homeless programs, youth and children, housing, health, arts, women’s issues, disability, senior issues and disaster preparedness.
