Day one of the 2015 NAPSLO Annual Convention came to a close with the Opening Reception at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Embarcadero Park, across the bay from the Manchester Grand Hyatt. With a "Together We Stand" theme, the reception featured patriotic entertainment and decor to welcome attendees to the convention.

Day two began with more meetings in the Brokers' Lounge, where attendees enjoyed meeting with colleagues over breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

On Thursday afternoon, NAPSLO's Next Generation held a panel discussion moderated by David Dow of AmWINS. The panel featured Hank Haldeman, The Sullivan Group; Art Davis, Colony Insurance Company; Mike Miller, Scottsdale Insurance; and Ben Sloop, AmWINS Access.

Rosie the Riveter impersonators lined the entrance to Embarcadero Park to welcome attendees to the NAPSLO 2015 Opening Reception, as did other performers like jugglers and musicians.

The Opening Reception overlooked the San Diego Bay, with views of the Manchester Grand Hyatt.

Attendees enjoyed an array of food at the party, from fresh sushi and sahimi to made-to-order quesadillas and fresh carved meats.

A Marine Corps. band entertained guests at the Opening Reception.

The Next Generation Panel on Thursday featured panelists Art Davis of Colony Insurance Company, Mike Miller of Scottsdale Insurance, Ben Sloop of AmWINS Access and Hank Haldeman of the Sullivan Group, and current president of NAPSLO.

The panel was moderated by David Dow of AmWINS and current president of NAPSLO's Next Generation.
