J. P. Perry Insurance announced that former vice president, Tim Irish, has been promoted to president. In his new role, Irish will oversee all areas of the agency's operations. Irish has more than 20 years insurance industry experience and has served in both the commercial and personal lines for several national and global insurance brokers. Former president, Joe Perry, will assume the role of CEO and will focus on strategic planning, product line acquisition and marketing.
J. M. Wilson announced the appointment of Kayley Dana as transportation underwriter. Based in the Charleston, SC office, Dana will focus on quoting new and renewal transportation risks, and will serve independent insurance agents in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee. Dana most recently completed an underwriting internship at an insurance company in Raleigh, N.C.

Accident Fund Holdings Inc. announced Matangi Buch has joined the firm as information technology integrated portfolio director. Buch is responsible for leading the newly-created Information Technology Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) team. Buch most recently served as interim chief information officer and project management director at Michigan State University.
Independent insurance broker, Lockton, has added Andy Forsell to its Phoenix office as a property and casualty producer. Forsell was previously a property and casualty consultant at Brown and Brown Insurance.
Sapiens International Corporation announced the appointment of Scott Palmer as executive vice president of Sapiens' Retirement Services practice. Prior to joining Sapiens, Palmer served as senior vice president of Retirement Services at MassMutual and brings to the company over 30 years of business, technology, insurance, and retirement services experience.
CNA announced the appointment of Julie Stephenson as senior vice president and chief underwriting officer for CNA commercial, effective September 1, 2015. Based in Chicago, Stephenson will be responsible for underwriting oversight and governance for all commercial products and lines of business. Stephenson brings to CNA 18 years of insurance expertise and most recently served as senior vice president and global liability manager for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. has named Henry Lyons chief financial officer. Lyons has more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate development and executive management. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Lyons served as CFO of APMEX, Inc.
QBE North America announced the appointment of Brian Griffith as executive vice president of Field Management and Distribution, effective August 31. Based in Simsbury, Connecticut, Griffith will be responsible for field management and lead QBE's company-wide strategy for all distribution channels, as well as drive all strategic agency management activities.
