An investigation into Shurdom’s alleged fraudulent activities was launched after a client who purchased a homeowners’ insurance policy from Shurdom in 2013 and 2014 discovered that her home was not insured after all. The investigation showed that Shurdom used the money collected from the client for personal profit, says the Orlando Sentinel.
