The Main Street America Group announced that Dave Medvidofsky has been appointed vice president of human resources. He replaces Toni Porterfield, who has retired from the organization after leading the human resources function since 2004.
MarketScout has hired Kirt Thompson as its new Claim Services Manager, based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining MarketScout, Thompson served as the Corporate Workers' Compensation Manager for one of the world's largest plastic manufacturers. In addition, the firm has expanded its specialty high net worth underwriting and brokerage practice with the addition of Lindsey Worlitz as the newest underwriter for the Private Client Solutions Division Non-Admitted.
Combined Agents of America, LLC (CAA) at its annual board meeting May 27–28 in Dallas, Texas, announced its newly elected 2015-16 Management Committee, including CAA's new chairman of the board Roger Luttrell, new vice president Trent Richmond, and past chairman Bill Kliewer.
