Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has named Executive Vice President Elizabeth (Betsy) Ward, Chief Actuary, effective May 29, expanding her role as Chief Enterprise Risk Officer. Ward is succeeding Isadore Jermyn, who is retiring.
Paul W. Springman has been named Non-Executive Chairman of the board of Pioneer Underwriting Holdings Inc., the U.S. based holding company overseeing Pioneer Underwriters' expanding underwriting operations in the United States.
Marsh named Julie Wood its Southeast Partnership Leader, based in Atlanta. In this role, Ms. Wood is now responsible for ensuring delivery of Marsh's services to clients throughout its Southeast Partnership, including Marsh's Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Greenville, Memphis, Nashville, Sunrise, and Tampa offices.
