Joseph Murphy joined Coverys as the new COO. Murphy is currently the commissioner of insurance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) named Hilary Segura and Logan McFaddin as the latest additions to PCI's state government relations team. Segura and McFaddin will take over regional staff duties, overseeing states in the Midwest and Southeast.
The Insurance Society of Philadelphia honored Debra Rodgers, Aramark's senior vice president of global risk management, with its 2014 Distinguished Leadership Award. The award recognizes an industry executive who demonstrates exemplary leadership, has promoted the stature of the insurance industry,and who has provided ongoing support to community events and charitable enterprises.
New Programs
Liberty Mutual Insurance now offers flexible cyber coverages on its commercial package products and monoline general liability policies for small and mid-size businesses. The new data security endorsement provides four optional coverages, each with separate aggregate limits, sub-limits and deductibles, allowing agents to tailor coverages to their customers' needs.

Technical Risk Underwriters (TRU) announced an underwriting partnership with RLI Insurance Co., which marries TRU's well-respected and expanding Course of Construction (Builders' Risk) underwriting capabilities with RLI's highly-rated capacity and proven expertise in catastrophe management.
