Andrew Coll joined the company as vice president of business development in the Philadelphia Pa. office, and Aon appointed Melissa Dunn ad vice president of business development in the Pittsburgh, Pa. office.
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation announced that its general counsel, Belinda Miller, received the Robert Dineen Award for Outstanding Service and Contribution to the State Regulation of Insurance. The award was bestowed by the National Assn. of Insurance Commissioners.
York Risk Services Group announced Bijan Bijarchi joined the company as vice president of Risk Management Practices.
