Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), today announced that Courtney Leimkuhler will assume the role of chief financial officer (CFO) effective March 1, 2015. She will succeed CFO Paul Malvasio, who is retiring in March after a distinguished career that spans more than four decades.

“Courtney is a proven leader with world-class financial acumen and strategic business capabilities. Her extensive experience with acquisitions and her unique background will add significant value in positioning Marsh for the future,” said Peter Zaffino, president and CEO of Marsh.
