Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. has completed its purchase of T&H Global Holdings and its subsidiaries.
The acquisition brings the people, business resources and global market presence of T&H's subsidiaries, which include VeriClaim Inc., VRS VeriClaim U.K. Ltd., Unified Investigations & Sciences Inc., Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins & Assocs. Inc. and Ellis May Chartered Loss Adjusters. Through these subsidiaries, T&H provides specialized claims services, including property loss adjusting, field investigation, third-party claims management and fire and forensic information services. These services notably complement Sedgwick's existing capabilities.

"The addition of capabilities in property adjusting services, specialized desktop offerings and forensic investigations will allow us to respond in a more comprehensive manner during the times when our clients need us the most."
