When you search for PropertyCasualty360 on your desktop, you are presented first and foremost with a list of our coverage areas: Insurance news, analysis, market trends and “total coverage of the property and casualty insurance industry for buyers and sellers.”
These are the topics we know best and they're what make us a destination for the entire P&C industry, from carrier executives to independent agents and everyone else in between. They're what get our editors out of bed every morning. And they form the cornerstone of our promise to you, the reader, that every day we will bring you the insurance industry news that you need to know about, when you need to know about it, with perspective, context and a bit of fun.
That has been our mission since day one, and it remains our overarching goal.
Starting today, however, the property and casualty industry coverage you've come to expect from PC360 will come with a new look, and it's one that we hope will make it easier for you to do your job, stay informed and participate alongside the rest of the online P&C community.
Welcome to the redesigned PropertyCasualty360.com.
Whether you access articles from a desktop, mobile or tablet device, this new site will deliver an identical user experience across platforms, allowing you to quickly and easily find content on the topics that's of interest you, whether you're at home, at the office or on the road. And this is more than just a simple redesign. The fresh look and feel of PropertyCasualty360.com is based on the very best in modern Web technology and is designed to better keep up with needs of the modern workplace. Efficient response time has increasingly become the standard by which all companies are judged, whether you are in the business of publishing or that of selling and marketing insurance products. It's an incredible opportunity, this ability to communicate instantly across multiple platforms. As advisors and insurers alike set out to deliver client solutions that are more creative, more holistic and more in demand than ever before, we believe this better, brighter website will make the job easier.
But it's equally important to note what isn't changing as a result of this redesign.
PropertCasualty360.com may look slightly different – and we'll soon be rolling out some new bells and whistles that allow us to take better advantage of the digital platform as part of this process — but we remain committed to the same high-quality, insightful, useful journalism that made us a destination site for the industry in the first place. We will continue to produce the unique enterprise stories and industry profiles that you can't find anywhere else, online or off, and remain committed to breaking industry news as it happens.
We are your B2B, insurance industry news source; that isn't changing.
But, with this redesign, we'll also finally be able to take full advantage of all the digital tools at our disposal, so look for more multimedia-enhanced packages, more video content, more data-driven stories and more infographics from our editors going forward. We're also going to be more active on social media, creating more of an interactive online forum, and will be working hard to bring our readers into the discussion. We are going to continue telling the P&C industry's stories, just in some new, and we think more exciting, ways.
Stay tuned. This is going to be a big year for PropertyCasualty360.
