CNA named Steve Earley the Illinois branch vice president. In his new role, Mr. Earley is responsible for leading the branch team to achieve its goals for growth and profitability through strengthening producer relationships.
Brian Bruzda joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as area vice president in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
With the opening of its office in Atlanta, Ga., Burns & Wilcox Brokerage added three specialty property brokers. Barry Whitton joined the team as a managing director, and Brent Lazenby and Thad Crane joined as brokers.

Ironshore International announced its Mergers & Acquisitions Unit will enhance insurance coverages to address environmental risks that arise during a transaction. Environmental insurance cover can be integrated into a broader M&A program to protect the insured against existing and future operational risk exposure.
Anderson Kill formed a Cyber Insurance Recovery Group to help clients maximize insurance coverage for losses stemming from data breaches and other technology-related liabilities.
CAPAssurance, designed to meet the unique liability needs of health care facilities, is now available to hospitals, medical facilities and large physician groups in Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Nevada.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Hub International Ltd. acquired the assets of Peterson, Milaney Insurance Assocs. Inc., which services the greater southern California area, including Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties.
