The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) named Sarah Conway the executive director of its Texas/Southeast Division, where Ms. Conway will be responsible for leading the foundation's charitable and philanthropic initiatives, including local nonprofit grant programs and running the Division's annual fundraising, volunteer and networking events.

Her passion and dedication to giving back to the community will continue to unite the entire region and will bring an unparalleled level of zest to furthering our team's charitable mission and pursuits," said IICF CEO Bill Ross.
Prior to joining IICF, Ms. Conway most recently served as a development officer for the Children's Medical Center of Dallas, one of the largest not-for-profit pediatric healthcare systems in the country. While with the Children's Medical center, Ms. Conway personally solicited more than $1 million in funds for research programs and oversaw more than 50 fundraising teams and events across the organization.
