Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC acquired VISICOR, a full-service employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm based in Friendswood, Texas, expanding the company's employee benefits capabilities in the Southwestern U.S.

VISICOR provides employee benefits compliance, consulting, and administration and communication services to both public and private employers throughout the state of Texas, bringing in approximately $1.5 million in annual revenue.
