Walmart is partnering with AutoInsurance.com to offer auto-insurance quotes from multiple insurers online.
Walmart says its customers will be able to access the AutoInsurance.com service directly from its website at www.walmart.com/autoinsurance.
AutoInsurance.com, operated by New Jersey-based insurance agency Tranzutary Insurance Solutions LLC, says customers will be able to obtain multiple quotes from carriers such as Progressive, Esurance, Safeco, The General and others. The service is available immediately in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas, "with plans to be offered nationwide in the coming months."
