Stockwatching website Seeking Alpha has published a flattering appraisal of the Hartford Financial services Group as a strong investment opportunity that has been flying under the radar. But Seeking Alpha notes that Hartford's commercial P&C business has increased its sales by 62% year over year, to $827 in 2013, and its combined ratio has dropped from 96.6 in 2012 to 93.0 in 2013…a ratio that could drop as low as 90.0 in 2014.
