New Haag Certification to Raise the Bar Again

The speed at which technology is evolving affects our lives in many positive ways. Recent advancements in aerial measuring services, storm history/hail swath mapping, and claims estimating have certainly affected the claims industry. Each year brings with it a new “hot topic” for the industry to consider and find solutions. Some more recent issues for the claims industry include mold, Chinese drywall, and unsealed tabs on composition asphalt roofs.

Today’s most valued adjusters make it a priority to educate themselves, not only on the trending issues of the day, but also on the responses to these issues by industry-leading experts. By doing so, adjusters can be prepared to address the concerns of their insured, and they can defend themselves against those who may be looking to exploit the new issues with incorrect or misleading information.
