The app is designed for insurance agencies to transform their data into visual business insight, enabling executives to make more informed decisions for better performance.
Zywave released MyWave Connect, an automated client portal that delivers the support employers need, without adding to the broker's workload. Features include automatic content postings, automated emails, sophisticated search queries for clients and more.
Mergers & Acquisitions
DataRaptor Technologies Inc. acquired rights to Pinney Insurance's marketing, sales and e-application solution, EZLifeSales.com. The deal allows for licensing and distribution of both Pinney's front-end EZLifeSales system for agents and the back-end lead management and case processing module Client Lead Utility. DataRaptor intends to merge the systems into a single platform, while integrating valuable esources such as social media, bulk email sending, text messaging, as well as additional insurance product categories including annuities, long-term care, disability, health, and home and auto insurance.
