Regardless of their political beliefs, attendees at the 2014 IASA Annual Educational Conference & Business Show are bound to enjoy the opening keynote address delivered by the 42nd president of the United States and former governor of Arkansas.

The Insurance Accounting & Systems Association, Inc. (IASA) has confirmed that Bill Clinton will speak on the second full day of the conference, which will take place June 8-11 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Clinton is the first Democratic president in six decades to be elected twice, and led the U.S. to the longest economic expansion in American history, including the creation of more than 22 million jobs. After leaving the White House, Clinton established the Clinton Foundation with the mission to “improve global health, strengthen economies, promote healthier childhoods, and protect the environment by fostering partnerships among governments, businesses, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), and private citizens to turn good intentions into measurable results.” More than 2,100 Clinton Global Initiative commitments have improved the lives of 400 million people in more than 180 nations.

“No matter which side of the political aisle you stand on, this will be a presentation you don't want to miss,” says Joe Pomilia, executive director for IASA. “President Clinton has moved beyond the scope of U.S. politics to become a figure of worldwide renown and importance. We're very excited to be able to expose the association's diverse membership to his viewpoints and opinions.”

“I have great respect for President Clinton's 'get it done' outlook,” adds IASA President Beth Mercier. “I think 2014 IASA Annual Conference attendees will leave the event with a lot to think about.” This session was made possible through sponsorship support of the Nolan Company.

Registration for the 2014 conference will be available in early January. For more information about this specific keynote or the show in general, visit the IASA website.
