The fourth in our series of Shop Talk Community podcasts features Ken Mitchel, director of IT for Clements Worldwide, speaking with George Grieve, author of the Shop Talk column for Tech Decisions magazine.
Mitchel joined Clements in 2007, and is currently involved in a policy administration system replacement for the company. Clements Worldwide is a global MGA specializing in expatriate insurance for both P&C and L&H lines, and has policy holders in over 170 countries.
Prior to joining the Clements team, Mitchel served as vice president of IT for a regional Mid-Atlantic auto carrier, where he successfully implemented a complete legacy systems replacement.
Mitchell and Grieve discuss the insurance software market and the challenges insurers face.
