Chris Smith joined All Risks Ltd. as a workers' compensation specialty program manager. Smith will be responsible for identifying specialty classes, building partnerships with carriers and implementing marketing strategies.

President of Markel Specialty Greg Thompson is scheduled to speak at the 7th Annual Entrepreneurial Insurance Symposium, which is being held on September 10-11 in Dallas, Texas. Thompson's presentation is entitled “The Road to Success is Paved with Failure.”
