The Hartford announces improvements to its online quoting and new business system for agents, New ICON, for its Spectrum business owner's policy. The enhancement enables agents to deliver a bindable quote in less than five minutes and present side-by-side comparisons of different coverage levels.

The user-friendly system helps save time with easy navigation, pre-filled codes, on-screen coaching, streamlined underwriting questions, and more. Agents are able to provide a bindable quote within five minutes for more than half of cases submitted. For the more complicated cases that require underwriting review, a response is delivered in less than 24 hours in most instances.
