Minnesota-based reinsurance broker W.J. Lehrke Co. will merge with Holborn Corp. and fold its operations into Holborns Minneapolis office, taking the Holborn name.

Minnesota-based reinsurance broker W.J. Lehrke Co. will merge with Holborn Corp. and fold its operations into Holborn’s Minneapolis office taking the Holborn name.

Founded in 1973 by Walter Lehrke, the firm has provided reinsurance broking and risk management advisory service to insurers across the Midwest.
