Insurance broker Brown & Brown says its E&S professional liability products will now be marketed and sold under the ECC Insurance Brokers Inc. brand.

Rob Roth has been promoted CEO of the subsidiary. Brown & Brown says Roth will be responsible for growing the professional liability products offered by ECC

The move will place the existing professional liability operations of Peachtree Special Risk Brokers, LLC and Hull & Co., Inc. under Oak Brook, Ill.-based ECC with operations in Chicago, Los Angeles, Florida, New York and Dallas.
