CUNA Mutual Group, through its TruStage Insurance Agency, has revamped its customer contact strategy through the use of SAS Enterprise Guide to provide relevant, timely offers to credit union members. Since 2006, CUNA Mutual has mined its databases with SAS to create clear and concise internal reports.
CNA has deployed Oracle Insurance's Insbridge Rating and Underwriting system to support a new rating system designed to enable the company to respond more quickly to market changes and opportunities. CNA replaced the rating portion of a legacy policy administration system, integrating the Oracle solution into the legacy system and built a new rating structure for its commercial property insurance line of business.
Shirbit Insurance Company has selected InsFocus BI from analytics solution provider InsFocus Systems as its data warehousing and business intelligence solution. The tool enables the Israeli insurer to gain insight into their business performance and profitability. InsFocus BI enhances insurance company profitability by delivering information to business executives and professionals in the marketing, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, actuarial, and accounting spheres.
