Allied World and Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (PURE) have deployed OneShield Dragon fom OneShield, Inc. Allied has leveraged Dragon to streamline traditionally labor-intensive processes and assure proper underwriting and risk assessment. PURE's use of Dragon has enabled them to be in production in over 40 states across five lines of business and introduce new products and services, including E-delivery, Auto Pre-fill and Agent Endorsement.
Winmar Franchise Corp., has signed a multi-year agreement to integrate Symbility Solutions' Claims Connect into its operations to streamline the claims estimating process by reducing cycle time and increasing accuracy in all aspects of the claims-handling process. Winmar will also use Symbility Mobile Claims generate accurate estimates, improve efficiencies and shorten the claims estimating process. Donan, a forensic investigation firm, has signed a multi-year agreement to integrate Symbility's Claims Connect into its operations to increase the speed and efficiency of communications around forensic claim investigation services, and streamline the traditional carrier/vendor communication process.
The Medical Society of Virginia Insurance Agency (MSVIA) has partnered with Digital Insurance to manage its employee benefits program. Digital Benefit Advisors, Digital's largest division, will handle MSVIA's benefits caseload from sales to customer service.
AXA France announced a strategic partnership with The Innovation Group and its French subsidiary, Nobilas France, to provide motor accident management services to the insurer through the processing of claims. The agreement is initially targeted to increase the number of claims steered by AXA France to Nobilas France by 75 percent by the end of 2015.
Fermat Capital Management announces a three-year licensing agreement for use of EQECAT's catastrophe modeling platform, RQE (Risk Quantification & Engineering) version 13, which enables insurers, reinsurers, and insurance-linked securities investors to quantify and manage the potential financial impact of natural hazards. Fermat will utilize the RQE catastrophe modeling platform to manage risk in their growing ILS investment portfolios.
Motorists Life Insurance Co. has selected their Illustrations Suite (Illustrations, Needs Analysis and Advanced Sales) and iGO e-App (electronic application) from iPipeline. The integrated solutions will enable Motorists Life to modernize how their 4,700 independent multi-line agents market, sell and process life insurance, annuities and final expense products.
The Guarantee Company of North America and OneShield, Inc., announce that OneShield Dragon is the policy, rating and billing system of choice for the leading insurer. The Guarantee will rely on Dragon to modernize and automate a number of processes across its Guarantee Gold and Guarantee Superior commercial insurance and surety lines of business.
CNA has deployed Oracle Insurance's Insbridge Rating and Underwriting to support a new rating system that is designed to enable CNA to respond to market changes and opportunities. The insurer built a new rating structure for its commercial property insurance line of business to provide flexibility to set rates that better reflect risk, and enable CNA to support its customer segment strategy.
se2 has licensed FAST Insurance Components to support its growing life insurance outsourcing business. The software is already in production and se2 and is processing policies for a variety of products, including term life, whole life, and interest sensitive whole life.
The Motorists Insurance Group has chosen Effisoft's WebXL software for ceded reinsurance administration. Motorists will gain a comprehensive solution that provides enhanced data access, improved controls and fully automated processing. The Effisoft product will replace the legacy system Motorists has used to manage reinsurance.
OMS National Insurance Company selected the Accenture Property & Casualty Insurance Suite, including policy administration, billing and claim components to create a single integrated solution for rating, quoting, underwriting, billing, claims administration, and policy lifecycle support. By using the Accenture suite of software, OMS will be able to better support policyholders, independent agents, and home office professionals.
