Global insurance and financial services organization Starr Companies has appointed Jeffrey Hayman as president of its International Insurance Operations.
Working directly under Maurice “Hank” Greenberg, chairman and CEO of Starr Insurance Holdings, Inc., Hayman will oversee the operation's growth, profitability, distribution and product offerings outside of the U.S.
Hayman, a chartered life underwriter and financial consultant, has more than three decades of experience as an insurance executive. Having worked in the United States and in Asia, he is also a director at The Korea Society and The Japan Society.
“Jeff possesses a strong understanding of international business and his experience, particularly in Asia, is a unique fit for our organization,” says Greenberg. “As part of our senior team, we expect that he will contribute to our continued growth in the international marketplace.”
