The day after Superstorm Sandy Josephine Cirmi, a resident of Midland Beach, Staten Island, N.Y., began to keep a video diary of events. As the waters receeded, rescurers took to boats to find people trapped in their homes by the flood waters. Later on, she recorded the devastation and cleanup left by flood waters that have claimed more than 20 lives on Staten Island.
