How Does CRDN Mobile Work?

CRDN's proprietary internal job assignment and tracking software helps us maintain an enormously complex system of claims information and communications detail.   It is how we manage each claim, and it is seamlessly integrated with the app.

Insurance professionals who download and install our free app (and then register for even greater information sharing and access) are now directly plugged-in to claim information:  next and last steps in the restoration process, loss site descriptions, CRDN First Responder photos, special instructions and one-touch phone or text access to the job's assigned CRDN representative make this a valuable and useful in-field tool.

CRDN Mobile is, of course, a two-way communications platform. Not only does the app grant users access to job details and instructions, it allows them to add and amend those items as well.

And just as CRDN First Responders have the ability to upload claim photos while still at the loss site, so too can the claims adjuster or restoration contractor. This is especially helpful when a contents loss requires special attention or care, allowing CRDN staff to arrive at the insured's home sufficiently prepared for any unique circumstances.

These tasks, all streamlined with the mobile app, give industry professionals greater accessibility to information wherever and whenever they need it.  It's smart, intuitive and user-friendly technology.
