Lockton announced the addition of Ashley Pace as an employee benefits consultant and producer for its Memphis location. He will be responsible for new business development and advising clients on health and welfare programs.
Lockton also bolstered its Memphis office with the addition of four new employee beneifts experts: Jennifer Maddux was named account executive for employee benefits; Christine Ferris was appointed as a human resources consultant; Sarah Rossetti will serve as an account manager for the Memphis employee benefits team; Bethany Greene joined as an associate account manager for employee benefits. Together, the four have more than 32 years of industry experience.
Navine K. Aggarwal joined Allied World as assistant vice president of US Mergets & Acquisitions. He will oversee underwriting, production and distribution of transactional liability insurance products.
Marsh appointed Liz Flynn president of its insurance services business. She will continue to serve as president and CEO of U.S. Consumer and will be responsible for several Marsh business including CS Stars.
Duncan Morrison was chosen for the role of assistant vice president–international for OneBeacon Technology Insurance. Morrison has 25 years of industry experience in commercial lines and underwriting.
Mergers & Acquisitions
CRC|Crump reached an agreement with Preferred Concepts to acquire the company's Preferred Brokerage business unit. Preferred Brokerage's J.C. Sparling will manage the transition and join CRC|Crump as a senior vice president and senior property broker.

Markel partnered with Experian Data Breach Resolution to provide loss control rescources to its DataBreach policy holders, including Experian's breach response services, notification and letter shop services, credit monitoring and more.

Connecticut and Maine Big I Assocs. will offer their members remote staffing services provided by WAHVE (Work At Home Vintage Employees). WAHVE matches experienced industry professionals with full-time, part-time or project work with agencies and other firms.
Willis had success with two new online applications for real-time hurricane risk assessment when the company used them during Hurricane Isaac. The Willis eVENT Hurricane app compares client exposures to current 5-day forecasts from Kinetic Analysis Corporation. Hurricane Forecasts, part of the SpatialKey Natural Perils Suite, compares client exposures to forecasts from the National Hurricane Center at six hour intervals.
