Ace Group says it has added environmental liability coverage to its corporate multinational product, Ace Evolve, as an enhancement reflecting increased environmental regulation and mounting pressure to be socially responsible.

"With growing scrutiny and regulation on environmental issues across almost every territory, plus the increasing number of       environmental incidents that affect mainstream organisations, brokers are under increasing pressure to offer clients global environmental cover," says Tom Hillier, environmental liability and London casualty manager at Ace, in a statement. "This can prove difficult when operating across territories with varying legislation."

But Ace Evolve allows clients to benefit from Ace's expertise in environmental liability and multinational programs, he adds. The enhancement was derived from broker and client feedback, Ace says.
