A judge has barred Alliant and former employees with Aon from soliciting Aon clients as the Chicago-based insurance broker presses its non-compete claims.
Judge Peter Flynn, sitting in Circuit Court of Cook County Chancery Division in Chicago, granted an injunction against Alliant Insurance Services and three former employees of Aon, Peter Arkley, Michael D. Parizino and Ken Caldwell from "acting in concert" to solicit Aon's clients to do business with them.
