Aon eSolutions announced the beta testing phase for product enhancements to its risk information management system RiskConsole. The enhancements, which involve mobile applications, business intelligence, insurer ratings, data intake and record detail, are designed to improve the user experience for risk managers.

“These new capabilities were born out of a truly client-focused development process,” says Phillip Lucas, director of global product management for Aon eSolutions. “We wanted to make sure our RMIS continues to improve the claims process in a substantive way, as opposed to mere flash. The best way to ensure that was to involve the clients in the development process from the start.”
