The Japan earthquake and tsunami cast a harsh spotlight on business interruption and the effects it can have on the economy, supply chain, and insurers. To help give claim professionals and agents the tools they need to understand such complicated claims, we spoke with Daniel Lentz, partner, dispute services leader for Ernst and Young’s fraud investigation and dispute services division.

Lentz co-authored the book, “Business Interruption: Coverage, Claims, and Recovery,” with Daniel Torpey and David Barrett.
