Ward Group recently surveyed property/casualty insurers on their 2011 IT investment plans to provide guidance for the remainder of this year and determine the degree of new system implementation.
Leah Hollstegge, manager of the Cincinnati-based provider of benchmarking and best practices research studies, found that data warehouse, project management office, and information security have the largest net increases this year.
Hollstegge speaks with Bob Hyle, tech channel editor for PropertyCasualty360.com on her findings and how the survey results will affect the industry this year.
