NetMap for Claims and NetMap for ClaimSearch, technology used to aid in discovering insurance claim fraud, have been enhanced by ISO. The software has the ability to uncover fraudulent activity patterns of both claimants and service providers and functions as part of the NetMap suite, which is able to connect internal claims data with the public portal.

According to Richard Della Rocca, ISO Claims Solutions vice president, customer feedback on these changes has been positive. He added that the system's features help improve the overall user experience and streamline workflow.

The updated software now looks more closely for patterns through indirect connections and allows for analytics and incorrect or duplicate data to be managed and organized more effectively. The system also has improved graphics with the addition of the “drag and drop” feature and integrates more smoothly with third-party data and the Decision Net public records gateway.
