This spring the Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) will offer courses in “Navigating Contractual Liability & Certificates of Insurance” and “Insuring Contractors.”
The program was developed and will be taught by Jerry Milton in full-day seminars that will be offered throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Navigating Contractual Liability & Certificates of Insurance covers the usual contractual indemnification provisions and insurance requirements, plus the problems and issues with certificates of insurance.
This new course has been approved for eight continuing education credits in Maryland and Pennsylvania and submitted for eight in Delaware.
Insuring Contractors examines contractors' various exposures and how the commercial general liability, contractors' equipment and builders' risk policies respond.
