Joe Guercio has been appointed executive vice president and managing partner, Willis of Florida Inc. He will be responsible for business development in Willis' Central Florida region.
In addition to developing growth strategies consistent with opportunities in the market, Guercio will be responsible for managing and recruiting talent into the operation and will serve as the face of the organization in the community.
Guercio, joined Willis in 2008 as part of the HRH merger, and has previously served in multiple leadership roles with Willis, including Growth Leader in the Orlando office and COO in the Tampa office.
