Damiron will lead Willis Mexico's retail operation and drive growth in this important region. He will report to Vic Krauze, president and COO, Willis North America.
Damiron joined Willis in 2006 as CCO for Willis Brazil. In 2008, he became CCO for Willis Latin America, and then transferred from Brazil to Mexico to serve as P&C leader for Willis Mexico, where he achieved outstanding results.
