Trintech Group Plc, a provider of financial governance, risk management, and compliance software solutions, announced the availability of ReconNET 8.1, the high-volume reconciliation software component of its flagship Unity Financial GRC Software platform.
Trintech customers now have the option to download training for Unity reconciliation software modules--including ReconNET and AssureNET GL--via a secure, online portal.
"As our customers have come to rely upon the Unity Financial GRC Software suite to automate critical financial processes, they have asked for a method to archive and review their initial product training sessions in an on-demand format," says Charlene Schwindt, product manager at Trintech. "This new Web-based portal allows Trintech customers to do just that. Registered customers can review implementation and user training at will--even pause or rewind the videos to take notes on more advanced training scenarios."
The Web-based training modules expand Trintech's menu of training options, including high-touch implementation and training on-site, on-demand training via a secure online portal, 24x7x365 customer support, and consultative professional services engagements designed to solve specific finance issues using the various modules of Trintech's Unity Financial GRC Software suite.
