Some of the new or improved features of the Web site include more direct access to relevant product information, logical navigation, downloadable brochures, news items, whitepapers, articles, events, and an Economist's Corner updated with information on economic and insurance issues.
The functionality built into the new Web site now allows MarketStance clients to log support cases online and receive immediate access to support. The new integrates with the existing suite of MarketStance online products.
"This recent launch provides significant improvement in the way customers navigate and find information on the MarketStance Web site," says Adam Edelstein, chief operating officer for MarketStance. "We will continue to build new content on the Web site and find ways to develop functionality important to our customers and the insurance industry at-large."
Additionally, MarketStance is constantly working to build a growing knowledge base of frequently asked questions now publically available on the Web site. Fully-integrated with MarketStance's ticket management system, the FAQ provides reference for clients and industry professionals via the new Web site.
