Acadia Insurance will offer a new EPLI coverage enhancement for eligible AcadiaAdvantage small business customers in Maine, Connecticut and Rhode Island, effective Sept. 1. Acadia will also extend coverage to customers in New Hampshire beginning Oct. 1, and will offer this coverage in Massachusetts, New York and Vermont pending state approval as well.

New and existing Advantage customers on Business Owner Policies (BOP) and package policies with liability premiums up to $7,000 are eligible for Acadia's EPLI coverage.

Coverage details include:

  • $100,000 limit
  • $5,000 deductible
  • Defense costs within limit
  • Claims made coverage
