At the 14th iteration of the insurance claim industry's premier event, participants extricated themselves from the gaming tables for another kind of thrill: the crowning of this year's professional par excellence along with dynamic roundtables and informative sessions that offered creative solutions for technology, business operations, and fraud management.
The bustling conference featured innovative keynote presentations and engaging panel discussions from top-level executives representing industry heavy hitters, including Allstate, Geico, and the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB).
