Grange Insurance has added another feature to its claims customer portal that allows customers to submit claims online 24/7 for homeowners, personal auto, commercial auto, commercial liability, commercial property, and workers' compensation policies through their My Grange account on GrangeInsurance.com. Customers also can view their real-time claim status online.
"The new online submission process will make reporting claims quick, simple and hassle-free for our customers, agents and service representatives," says Peter McMurtrie, chief claims officer for Grange Insurance. "We're always looking for innovative ways to improve our customer service, and we're pleased to offer another option for customers to contact us."

In addition to reporting claims online, customers can call the 24-Hour Loss Reporting Center at (800) 445-3030 or contact their independent Grange Insurance agent.
Registered My Grange users can also track claims online, gain instant access to their personal claims specialist, check the status of damage payments, and view and print policy documents.
