ISCS Partners With ITS Data Services on Change Management, Training Program

ISCS is partnering with ITS Data Services, a subsidiary of JMV Services, to develop training and change management services specific to the capabilities of ISCS' SurePower Innovation policy administration suite.

Recognizing that internal resistance to change is often a difficult obstacle for insurance companies to overcome when implementing a new system, ISCS is partnering with ITS Data Services, a subsidiary of JMV Services, to develop training and change management services specific to the capabilities of ISCS’ SurePower Innovation policy administration suite.

“This new service will help ease the training and change issues insurance companies typically associate with a legacy replacement project,” says Darin Archer, vice president of professional services and partner relations for ISCS. “We are pleased to have this resource in place for new SurePower clients. I believe this offering further demonstrates ISCS’s commitment to delivering the best functionality possible at the least impact to a carrier’s internal and distribution channel stakeholders.”
