Complex process problems require the right technologies to solve them. To help carriers find the right solution, Hyland Software and Duck Creek Technologies have formed a partnership.

“Insurers are looking for technology that manages their processes from start to finish,” says Sam Mazzola, director of insurance solutions for Hyland. “To get that, they’ve realized it’s better to use the pieces of insurance software–such as ECM and policy administration–that solve their problems best, rather than relying on one vendor that claims to do it all.
