Daboul, senior vice president, sales and business development for TD Insurance, was named vice chairman of the CEBE Board, which is charged with overseeing the association's activities and services for member firms' employee benefit operations.</p>","<p>Both Mr. Rosson and Mr. Daboul were named to their respective posts for a one-year term at the end of the ninth annual Employee Benefits Leadership Forum in Colorado Springs, Colo., held June 1-4.</p>","<div class=\"paywall-content\"><p>Mr. Rosson has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 2004 as employee benefits practice leader. In that role, he led the benefits team to achieve 100 percent growth in practice revenues and a 98 percent client retention rate.</p>","<p>Mr. Rosson assumes the chairmanship from Dennis M. Donahue, managing director and national practice leader for employee benefits for Wells Fargo Insurance Services.</p>","<p>Mr. Daboul joined TD Insurance in 2003 and has more than 22 years of employee benefits experience. He is responsible for the sales and retention of the employees benefits operations of TD Insurance.</p>","<p>Before joining TD Insurance, he held several positions with Phoenix Home Life including vice president, national sales development, where he held responsibilities at both the domestic and international levels.</p>","<p>\"We are pleased to have benefits experts like Charlie and Vinnie in
